CBIZ Women’s Advantage named Mary Frontczak, chief legal and administrative officer and corporate secretary, the 2022 winner of the Women Transforming Business award within the culture category.

During the awards presentation, Frontczak was recognized for her efforts related to prioritizing employee well-being, culture, and diversity, belonging, inclusion and equity.

The Women Transforming Business awards recognize visionary women in business across the country for their achievement in three categories: financial strength, innovation and culture.
